The Cambridgeshire Care Providers Alliance is established to unleash the wealth of knowledge, experience and learning to the over 1200 health and social care providers across Cambridgeshire, improving the overall care for people in both residential and community settings, optimising economy of scale and allowing carers and care managers to focus on the provision of care.

Supporting Care Providers to fill empty Beds through, for example, advertisement, showcasing, sign-posting, active campaign, promoting open days, connecting with relevant groups such as Veterans.

A community
Builds a community of care providers to support one another, grow in confidence and develop best practice.

expert advice and support
Provides expert advice and support for members on changing legislation and other matters of interest.

Connects care providers
Connects care providers (Nominated Persons on the one hand and Registered Managers on the other) to share learning and experience and to help them influence key decisions, across the health landscape.

Promoting higher standards of care
Makes connections along the care pathway to improve integration and promote higher standards of care within the social care framework.

news and information
Provides news and information for members on changing legislation, policy and other matters of interest so they are ready for change.

Improved negotiating power
Supports care providers in the operation of their organisations with improved buying power, support with recruitment and retention and providing a combined voice.
